Rob Roy Cocktail
1 1/2 ounces Scotch Whiskey
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters Stir with ice
Strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon twist
Also known as: Santiago Scotch Plaid Bitters: Orange bitters was an original ingredient for this drink, but with this often being difficult to find Angostura bitters can be used instead.
BlackHawk Cocktail
Place 3 or 4 cubes of ice in a mixing glass
3 Jigger Gin
2 Jigger Scotch Whiskey
Stir to mix well and strain into cocktail glass
No. 9 or 10, in which a red cherry has been placed.
Black Olive garnish
Pink Squirrel
* 1 oz Creme de Noyaux
* 1 tblsp white Creme de Cacao
* 1 tblsp Light cream
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Pink Lady Cocktail
Fill bar glass with 3 or 4 pieces of cracked ice
and white of 1 egg
1/4 Jigger Apple Jack
1 Jigger Distilled Dry Gin
2 dashes Grenadine
Juice of quarter of a lime
Shake well, Strain into glass
Grasshopper
1/3 Crème de Menthe verte
1/3 Crème de Cacao blanche
1/3 Cream
How to make it
Place some ice cubes in the shaker
and add all the other ingredients.
Shake for 6-8 seconds and
strain into the chilled glass.
Serve undecorated.
The cocktail is ready.
You have to serve it after dinner! It’s like a dessert.

Champagne Cocktail
• 1 cube sugar
• Angostura bitters
• Chilled champagne
Soak sugar cube with a
couple of good splashes of
Angostura bitters and place
in the bottom of a large champagne flute.
Fill slowly with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bingo Bango Cocktail
1/3 Sloe Gin
1/3 West Indies Rum
1/3 Pineapple Juice
Fill shaker with crushed ice – shake well
Garnish with fruit of your choice
Strain in glass No. 9 or 10
